What sets an Alpha Networker apart from other people?
They blaze new territory ahead of everyone. They do the things that are necessary to advance themselves. This means turning off the TV, gettin’ down to B-ness and doing what needs to be done, if they can’t find the time, they delegate and continue until things start to run smooth.
Yes this does mean that you have to have courage in the face of fear but the best quote I heard recently is.. A thing is just a thing so you might as well do the things that’ll kill ya. Speaking in front of public will kill you. Buying that book may have the secret that you need to put forth the effort. Making the hard decision to give up your latte’s so that you can loose that 5 pounds that would get you started on feeling better about yourself. Getting up early so that you can feel the sun on your face and the wind in your hair when you exercise.
I think the best thing to do is to see the other side. What I mean by this is …we get so far into doing the same thing. Doing the same thing. Doing the same thing. Doing the thing the same way. Doing the same thing. That we forget that we need to stand back and review. This is what makes people successful. Being able to recognize that your time is valuable not something to get through so that some day…
I heard this story a few times in my life and it still has deeper meaning The tortoise and the hare. The real thing that people gloss over was the little tortoise made the decision to get moving. Yes he has a hellava lot things against him winning, weight on his back, stubby legs, and he twitters as he walks but it was the decision he made that counts.
He decided to move and keep moving until he reaches the Olympic Gold. Pass the finish line and he still keeps going. Along the way I am sure that the things that he learned about himself are worth much more than crossing the finish line. He learned that despite the fact that all of these things against him WOULD HAVE prevented him from winning he still won not because of the finish line.. it was because he triumphed over his own short comings.
Now. This is where the fun begins. Decide if you are going to be a tortoise or a hare. They both have value as a creature but the philosophy.. Easy or consistency. Keep going or take a nap….

An Alpha Networker believes they have value and this shows through when they put their name behind what they do online. This takes lots of courage to be who you say you are.
Once your online and standing behind your own name and putting yourself out there.. you still have to keep giving of your self to get more out of yourself. What does than mean for you?
