I was looking in the mirror this morning and noticed that I carry alot of resentment that I didn’t know was “weighing” on me. Then I started thinking what is resentment. It is just stuff that you hold onto that you are not aware of that can ruin your life.
Does this happen to you? I try my Mightest of Mouse to pump up me muscles and just get up and over it.
Then that emotion just disappears and I am still carrying this bricked layer of mortal .
What to do. Turn IF it happens into SO WHAT IF IT HAPPENS! Most of your fears are unreal and if you played them backwards in your head starting from the outcome being good to reverse back to the beginning where the fear began… isn’t that the same as living out that same thought that started out as fear and YOU chose the outcome to be negative. The outcome being IF it happens to SO WHAT and then make it good anyways. If the What happens then go past it by a few days/ months/ years or whatever for you to see that you can get over it.
This is a real key to understanding that if you chose to change yourself you must start with a clear description of the end and then work your way backwards including the hurdles of self destruction. This becomes a more simple solution to making a decision about who you want to be.
So what if “it” happens whatever that may be.. what would you say to yourself 3 years after you broke a nail or someone told you were fat. Hold it or let it go? So what! It happened! Remember start from the end and work towards now. There! See You got it!
